 William (Bill) Matthews, PLS is President of Lat32, Inc. He has 40+ years of experience in the engineering and land surveying field.  He started his career in 1978 as a draftsman preparing subdivision maps, topographic surveys and site development plans. Throughout the years since, he continued gaining valuable knowledge and experience in various areas of the Land Surveying and Engineering field. In 2003, he received his Alabama Professional Land Surveying license.

With the expectations that everyone at Lat32, Inc. shall complete all tasks with honesty, integrity, accountability, and reliability, he believes that the products and services that come from Lat32, Inc. will meet or exceeded the client’s expectations.

D. Shane Traylor, PLS is Vice President of Lat32, Inc., and holds the Land Surveying Manager Manager position at Lat32, Inc. He started his surveying career in the summer of 1990 as a field crew member while he attended Auburn University at Montgomery. As the years went by he gained an abundance of knowledge and experience in land surveying and received his Alabama Professional Land Surveying license in 2000.

As Survey Manager he oversees all survey operations both in field and office. He uses his knowledge and experience for Quality Control to make sure Lat32, Inc. clients receive superior grade services and products. In addition, he is knowledgeable with Autocad, Civil 3D and assists with the preparation of various survey maps.

Michael Walls is a Survey Technician at Lat32, Inc. He has over 21 years of land surveying experience where he has acquired extensive knowledge of the latest technology that is used in the field for land surveying.

His experience in the surveying field work includes: boundary surveys, ALTA Surveys, topographic surveys, corridor surveys, and flood certifications. He is also responsible for the oversight of all survey equipment for maintenance and calibration.

In addition, he completed the Qualified Credential Inspector Program and performs all the Storm Water Management services that Lat32, Inc. provides.

 Dustin Aldridge is a Survey Technician / CAD  Operator at Lat32, Inc. He started in the civil engineering and land surveying field in 1992 as a land surveying crew member and worked his way up from rodman to crew chief. As a crew chief he gained knowledge and experience in boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, and in construction layout and support. He was a Field Representative for several engineering firms overseeing such projects as roadway construction, airport runway construction, and residential and commercial site construction.

During that time he gained extensive knowledge in CAD using such programs as AutoCad, and Civil 3D. He gained valuable experience not only in the drafting of various types of surveys, but also in roadway, residential and commercial site design.

He uses all of his knowledge and experience to work with the Land Surveyors at Lat32, Inc. to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
